Hello, Happy New Year I know it has been way to long time since my last post. I will explain my absents from my blog in the next post. I would like this time to talk about the challenges I am taking on right now. Like many people the new year bring on new hopes and dreams or resolutions as they are sometimes called. Things we want to do or accomplish. This year I plan on achieving my fitness goals & I would like to help others do the same. I decided to add an ab and plank challenge to my regular 30 minute workout. I ate way to much holiday food and have to get back on track. I figured there is no better way to do it and stick to than to tell the world about it. Once I hit the post button there is no turning back. Here I go, who is ready for this double challenge with me?
